Join Kaycie Metzelaars at Fresh Digs on Wednesday, April 25 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm for Chakra Balancing 101!

Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.

There are 3 key areas that will be discussed in this class:

1.    What are chakras and why is chakra balancing important?

2.    What is mindfulness and how does it play a role in chakra balancing?

3.    How can we use Yoga postures, meditation techniques, essential oils and other practices to keep balance our chakras regularly?

What should I bring to class?
Bring a journal or notebook to take notes if you like. I will provide the rest. 

What if this is my first Chakra healing class?

Great! Beginners are more than welcome. There will be lots to learn, but don't worry, it will be fun! 

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and layers if possible. I want you to be as cozy as possible, so if you tend to get cold bring a sweater and socks (we may remove our shoes). We may also be sitting on cushions on the floor, so don't wear anything that is tight fitting. Just choose clothing that you know you'll feel good in.
